Education
Tamsin is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist who received a Bachelor of Nursing Science from Queen’s University and a Master’s of Science in Speech and Language Therapy from University College London in England.
Professional Experience
Tamsin is an enthusiastic and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist. She is PROMPT Certified for the treatment of motor speech disorders, HANEN Certified for early language intervention, and Lidcombe and Fluency Plus trained for stuttering treatment. She has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of childhood speech and language disorders working a variety of settings – both public and private. Her particular area of specialty is working with preschool and early school-aged children with motor speech disorders and/or childhood apraxia of speech. She also provides consultative services for other Speech-Language Pathologists regarding their clients with motor speech issues.
Professional Associations and Memberships
Tamsin is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and is fully certified with the Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC) and a member of the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (OSLA).
Tamsin lives in Riverdale, Toronto with her partner, one son, and their fluffy, black dog.
